One of the best places on the web to obtain free, original DHTML & Javascripts to enhance your web site. Great stuff here, and easy to implement.

Webmonkey
Webmonkey is a free, public resource for web developers and designers. Lots of how to's, and good advice here.

Flash Kit
A resource site for Flash designers and developers. Includes tutorials, downloadable flash files, reviews, and more.

FILExt
A great file extension reference. Type in any file extension and it displays a bunch of information about it.

SitePoint
An online media company and information provider targeting the Web professional market, specifically Web Developers and Designers. I found some great articles on creating CSS navigation menu's here.

Adobe Labs - Spry Framework for Ajax
The Spry framework for Ajax is a JavaScript library that provides easy-to-use yet powerful Ajax functionality that allows designers to build pages that provide a richer experience for their users. It is designed to take the complexity out of Ajax and allow designers to easily create Web 2.0 pages. Some really cool widgets and effects here.

Search Engine Watch
A fantastic resource for search engine optimization articles. Search Engine Watch provides tips and information about searching the web, analysis of the search engine industry and help to site owners trying to improve their ability to be found in search engines.

Cool Home Pages
A collection of "cool" home page designs of all kinds. Great place to get some design ideas.

W3C - The World Wide Web Consortium
An international consortium where Member organizations, a full-time staff, and the public work together to develop Web standards.
